Iron Apex provides services to help businesses solicit Google reviews from their customers. This may include:

Collecting customer contact information provided by you. Contacting customers via email, SMS, or other approved methods to request reviews. Providing reports on campaign performance.

We do not guarantee specific results, such as a certain number of reviews or improved Google ratings, as outcomes depend on third-party actions.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and lawful customer contact information. Ensure you have the legal right to share customer information with us for review purposes. Comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act) and data protection regulations. Not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

4. Use of Customer Information

You represent and warrant that:

You have obtained all necessary consents to share customer contact information with us. The information provided is accurate and up-to-date. You comply with all applicable privacy laws when collecting and sharing customer data.

We will use customer information solely to perform the agreed-upon services and will delete it within 30 days after a campaign ends, unless otherwise required by law.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice. Payments are due within 30 days of invoicing unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided by Iron Apex remain our property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for the agreed purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Iron Apex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. We are not responsible for the actions or inactions of third parties, including customers who do not leave reviews or Google’s policies. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your expectations or achieve specific results.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Iron Apex, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

Your breach of these Terms. Your violation of any law or third-party rights. The customer information you provide.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services for breach of these Terms or non-payment. You may terminate services by providing written notice at any time.Upon termination, any outstanding fees remain due, and we will delete customer information per our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Will County, Illinois. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures to perform due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or internet outages.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
